April N. Bonifatto
Ms. April Bonifatto is a native Nevadan and joined Marquis Aurbach Coffing in 2011. Ms. Bonifatto focuses her practice on litigation.
Ms. Bonifatto obtained her bachelor of science in business with concentrations in real estate and finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2004. In 2010, Ms. Bonifatto earned her juris doctor degree from Whittier Law School where she studied abroad the summer of 2009 in Santander, Spain.
While in law school, Ms. Bonifatto provided research assistance to Professor Peter K. Stris for his article: ERISA, Agency Costs, and the Future of Health Care in the United States published in the Fordham Law Review, 76 Fordham L. Rev. 2297. She was elected President of the Women’s Law Student Association. As a result of her leadership, Ms. Bonifatto was awarded Student Organization Leader of the Year by her peers and professors and was subsequently offered Scholarships to speak to college students in Washington D.C. and Northern California.
Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach Coffing, Ms. Bonifatto served as law clerk to the Honorable Elaine Streger, Superior Court of Orange County, California, in both the civil and criminal courts.
In her spare time, Ms. Bonifatto enjoys traveling, reading non-fiction and brushing up on Latin Ballroom dancing.
