Chad F. Clement

Attorney Chad Clement's practice primarily includes general civil and commercial litigation.

Mr. Clement graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor of arts in political science and a minor in logic.  Mr. Clement earned his juris doctor from Southwestern Law School.  While in law school, he was a Dean's Fellow, a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and an articles editor for the Journal of International Media & Entertainment Law.  Mr. Clement was the second place oralist and third place writer in Southwestern's Intramural Moot Court Competition.  He placed second in the National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C.  Mr. Clement also received a CALI Award (highest grade in course) in Legal Writing. 

Before joining Marquis Aurbach Coffing, Mr. Clement was a law clerk to Justice Nancy M. Saitta of the Nevada Supreme Court. Mr. Clement was also an extern to the Honorable Patrick J. Walsh, United States District Court, Central District of California. Mr. Clement is admitted to practice law in both California and Nevada.

Mr. Clement spends most of his spare time with his wife, Aimee, and their two daughters, Lily and Abby.  He also enjoys fishing, sports, and all outdoor activities.
