Dale A. Hayes
Attorney Dale Hayes heads the Insurance Defense Practice within Marquis Aurbach Coffing. His practice is devoted to insurance defense matters including: defense of nursing homes, premises liability and tort defense, defense of real estate licensees, wrongful discharge claims, employment discrimination, worker's compensation and commercial litigation.
Mr. Hayes is a member of the California Bar and State Bar of Nevada. He is a native Las Vegan, graduating with a degree in finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1984. Thereafter, he attended law school at the McGeorge School of Law and obtained a juris doctor with distinction in 1987.
Mr. Hayes has been a practicing attorney since 1988 and has tried numerous civil trials.
Mr. Hayes has three children, Amber, Dale Jr. and Jamie. The majority of his spare time is devoted to golf, the beach and his grandson, Tripp.
