Erik W. Fox

Erik W. Fox is a litigator practicing in real estate, construction and commercial law.  He has been with the firm since 2006.

Mr. Fox has successfully represented clients in trial, arbitration and mediation settings.  Additionally, he has completed both the trial and deposition skills training programs of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.  NITA is the premier program for training lawyers in advanced trial techniques.

Mr. Fox was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2004.  After law school he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge David A. Wiseman in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.  Thereafter, he clerked with the Honorable Ron Parraguirre at the Eighth Judicial District Court and also at the Nevada Supreme Court.
