Erin R. Barnett

Ms. Barnett’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and real estate matters, including condominium law.  She routinely handles entity formation and general operational and contract needs.

Ms. Barnett's work has included major land and business acquisitions, drafting commercial and residential leases and providing advice on a wide range of landlord-tenant matters, hard-money lending transactions, note sales and loan workout deals and assisting in the title and surveying process.  Ms. Barnett has advised business owners on corporate structure, asset protection and limitation of liability matters.  She has further advised business owners on their required operating documents and contracts, including employment contracts.  She has successfully represented hard money lenders and loan servicers in large-scale loan restructuring and deed in lieu of foreclosure transactions.  Ms. Barnett has also successfully represented real estate agents before the Nevada Real Estate Division.

Ms. Barnett volunteers her time pro bono as an attorney with the Children’s Attorney Project.  She is also a member of the Editorial Board of Nevada Lawyer magazine, a publication of the State Bar of Nevada
