Mary J. Drury
Mary J. Drury focuses her practice on transactions, with an emphasis in real estate, including but not limited to acquisitions, sales, real estate secured financing, and leasing.
Ms. Drury has a B.A. in International Relations and Print Journalism from the University of Southern California, with a minor in Business Administration. She has a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Ms. Drury joined the firm in 2001. As the first in her department, and now serving as chairperson of the transactional department at Marquis Aurbach Coffing, she has grown the department to over 10 attorneys and staff, which is now one of the largest transactional departments in the State of Nevada.
Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach Coffing, Ms. Drury served as Associate General Counsel at Station Casinos, Inc., and at Sigma Game, Inc. She was also an attorney in the commercial transactions department of Schreck Morris.
Ms. Drury serves on the Executive Committees of the State Bar of Nevada’s Real Property Law Section and Business Law Section, which, among other things, draft statutes for consideration and adoption by the Nevada Legislature. She is a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education providers and regularly publishes articles in trade periodicals.
