Craig Anderson is a shareholder at Marquis Aurbach Chtd. and is co-chair of the firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on civil rights defense and serious personal injury claims including wrongful death and premises liability.

Christian Balducci is a trial attorney. His practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation and the defense of healthcare providers. His experience includes jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and regulatory board representation.

Jared M. Moser, Esq., practices in the areas of commercial litigation and contract disputes, employer defense, and landlord/tenant disputes, representing both individuals and businesses, large and small, in southern and northern Nevada.
Ms. Nichols’ practice primarily focuses on representing government and municipal entities. She has experience in civil rights, defense, personal injury claims, and employment matters.
Lance effectively counsels a wide range of real estate clients, including real estate developers, lenders, sellers and buyers. His extensive experience includes real property acquisition, development, leasing, sales and financing.
Jennifer Micheli is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in numerous industries on a wide array of legal matters. She practices business law and complex civil litigation with a concentration on torts and products liability, premise liability, catastrophic injury, insurance defense and insurance law.
In 2005, Ms. Wilde received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, at the age of eighteen. After working in the construction industry for a few years, Ms. Wilde furthered her education at the William S. Boyd School of Law.
Mr. Calaway is a litigator who advocates for individuals and corporations both inside and outside the courtroom. Mr. Calaway represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of complex commercial and tort litigation areas.
Mr. Loftus practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianships, estate and gift taxation, and general civil litigation. Upon completing law school, Mr. Loftus served as the Securities Registration and Licensing Examiner for the Nevada Secretary of State.
Before joining Marquis Aurbach Chtd., Mr. Smith worked as a practicing attorney at a civil litigation law firm in Las Vegas, where he participated in all aspects of litigation, including a complex bench trial. Mr. Smith focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and serves as corporate counsel to a multinational corporation.
Dominique Bosa-Edwards, a Las Vegas native, graduated from William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada. During law school she was presented with the Perry Friedman Civil Liberties Award. Since her admission to the State Bar of Nevada in 2021, Ms. Bosa-Edwards has gained diverse experience in a variety of practice areas.
Mr. Arnold joined Marquis Aurbach Coffing following his admission to the State Bar of Nevada. He obtained his law degree from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where he also earned a Concentration in Financial Services Regulation Law.
Jordan Montet is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in numerous industries on a wide array of legal matters. Ms. Montet focuses her practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis in healthcare law, specifically serving healthcare entities. In addition to working on civil litigation matters, Ms. Montet regularly represents professionals before their respective licensing boards.
