Mr. Beckstrom handles civil litigation matters focusing on commercial litigation, contracts, and real estate.
Mr. Beckstrom obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University Fullerton where he graduated magna cum laude and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from William S. Boyd School, where he graduated magna cum laude in the top five percent of his class. During his time at Boyd, Mr. Beckstrom obtained various awards, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law, Multi-Party Negotiation, Fundamental Casino Operations, and Education Law and Policy.
Mr. Beckstrom is a licensed member of both the Nevada State Bar and California State Bar. During his time at Boyd, Mr. Beckstrom served as a judicial extern to the Honorable District Court Judge Michael P. Villani and after graduation served as Judge Michael P. Villani’s law clerk where he oversaw a split docket of both civil and criminal matters.
Prior to law school, Mr. Beckstrom owned and operated a foreclosure company specializing in residential and commercial foreclosures that serviced various Fortune 1000 companies and institutional clients across the west coast.
In his spare time, Mr. Beckstrom enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Kiley, and their son Cameron.
