Leah A. Dell

Ms. Dell is the firm’s appellate paralegal, with expertise in various appellate courts, including the Nevada Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. 

She obtained a bachelor of science from Arizona State University in molecular biology in 2007 and completed a post-baccalaureate certificate program in paralegal studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2014.

Ms. Dell joined Marquis Aurbach in 2010 and gained a broad range of experience assisting attorneys in the areas of transactional work, litigation, and appeals before specializing in the appellate field. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dell worked for a number of years in the healthcare and health insurance fields, and she also served as the Chief Operating Officer for the family business up until 2014. 

Ms. Dell enjoys relaxing with the family as often as she can get everyone together at her small ranch in Las Vegas.  She also enjoys traveling with her husband to compete on the national barbeque circuit throughout the year.
