Ms. Tomich practices in the areas of asset protection, estate planning, probate, guardianships, estate & gift taxation, and business entity formation.

Christian Balducci is a trial attorney.  His practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation and the defense of healthcare providers.  His experience includes jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and regulatory board representation.

Mr. Hardy’s areas of practice include:  civil litigation, insurance defense, business litigation, formation & licensing; real estate; administrative & regulatory law; campaign & election law; First Amendment & defamation; legislative affairs; intellectual property; constitutional law and eminent domain.

Mr. Arnold joined Marquis Aurbach Chtd. following his admission to the State Bar of Nevada. He obtained his law degree from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where he also earned a Concentration in Financial Services Regulation Law.

Kaden earned a double-major undergraduate degree in Accounting and International Business at Westminster University’s Gore School of Business where he attended on academic scholarship.

McKenna Sullivan obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, McKenna was a Public Interest Fellow. She also volunteered at the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada. Her practice consists of real property matters and civil/business litigation.

Mr. Delgado, born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to law school, Mr. Delgado left his hometown to study at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Law; with a minor in Philosophy.

Sarah Ethington’s primary areas of practice include intellectual property, contract transactions and disputes, and business/corporate litigation.

Andrew D. Yates joined the firm as a Law Clerk in 2023.He became an associate in 2024 after he passed the Nevada Bar Exam. Andrew graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2024.

Ms. Soder practices in the areas of asset protection, estate planning, probate, estate & gift taxation, business and commercial law, complex civil litigation, guardianship, and trust and estate litigation, representing clients at both the state and federal levels.

Hannah Gagow joined Marquis Aurbach as a law clerk in May 2024 and continued working as a law clerk up until she passed the bar and became a licensed attorney in 2025.

Mr. Tinnell practices in the areas of business and commercial law, complex civil litigation, and tort defense. He graduated cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2024, where he earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, and Contracts.

Michael (Mikey) Cruz practices in business and commercial law, constitutional law, and complex civil litigation. Before joining the firm, Mikey worked in insurance defense. He graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2025, earning CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in International Intellectual Property and Evidence Skills.
