Mr. Peel practices primarily in transactions, corporate formations, restructurings and financing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate leasing and acquisitions, and general estate planning. His clients include local and regional businesses and office and retail shopping centers.
Mr. Peel received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University, where he also received All-American honors as a member BYU's Men's Lacrosse team. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law, where he also earned the CALI award for Estate Planning. Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach, Mr. Peel was a partner in a local boutique law firm specializing in litigation, transactions, and estate planning.
Originally from Northern Virginia, Mr. Peel now resides in Boulder City with his family. He enjoys any and all sports and outdoor activities, especially volunteering to coach local youth sports teams.
