Albert G. Marquis, founding partner of Marquis Aurbach Coffing, has been practicing law in Las Vegas for over 40 years. He began his career as a trial lawyer, with some cases involving high-profile celebrities such as Redd Foxx and Martin Sheen.
Terry A. Coffing joined MAC Law in September of 1993 after serving as a summer clerk in 1992. Since his admission to the Minnesota State Bar Association in 1992 and the State Bar of Nevada in 1993, Mr. Coffing has gained a diverse litigation background.
Craig Anderson is a shareholder at Marquis Aurbach Coffing and is co-chair of the firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on civil rights defense and serious personal injury claims including wrongful death and premises liability.
Mr. Hanseen is primarily a litigator practicing all types of appellate and civil litigation including business law, bankruptcy, contractual/transactional law, premises & product liability, personal injury and workers compensation.
Mr. Alleman practices primarily in real estate, corporate and commercial transactions. He assists businesses with formation, licensing and governance matters, as well as general business contracts and mergers and acquisitions.
Cody is a shareholder at Marquis Aurbach Coffing where he has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous complex litigation matters while representing a number of the nation’s largest builders.

Christian Balducci is a trial attorney. His practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation and the defense of healthcare providers. His experience includes jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and regulatory board representation.
Mr. Sacco is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, in Delaware, Ohio. Mr. Sacco received his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, in 1972. His juris doctor degree, cum laude, was obtained from Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, in 1976.
Lance effectively counsels a wide range of real estate clients, including real estate developers, lenders, sellers and buyers. His extensive experience includes real property acquisition, development, leasing, sales and financing.
Mr. Hardy’s areas of practice include: civil litigation, insurance defense, business litigation, formation & licensing; real estate; administrative & regulatory law; campaign & election law; First Amendment & defamation; legislative affairs; intellectual property; constitutional law and eminent domain.
Jared M. Moser, Esq., practices in the areas of commercial litigation and contract disputes, employer defense, and landlord/tenant disputes, representing both individuals and businesses, large and small, in southern and northern Nevada.
Mr. Maupin practices general civil litigation. Mr. Maupin grew up in Las Vegas and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nevada Reno. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV.
In 2005, Ms. Wilde received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, at the age of eighteen. After working in the construction industry for a few years, Ms. Wilde furthered her education at the William S. Boyd School of Law.
Ms. Nichols’ practice primarily focuses on representing government and municipal entities. She has experience in civil rights, defense, personal injury claims, and employment matters.
Rachel Tygret was born and raised in Las Vegas, but left her hometown to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained a Bachelors of Art in History in 2010.
Mr. Peel practices primarily in real estate, transactions, corporations, and estate planning. He assists businesses with corporate formation and restructuring, transactional needs, and mergers and acquisitions, and handles a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions
James Beckstrom represents companies and individuals in litigation matters throughout Nevada and California.
