Jake Mantin, a native Nevadan, obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. His practice consists primarily of real estate matters—including homeowners’ association matters, property management matters, leases, and transactions—and general transactional matters, including corporate formations and mergers and acquisitions.
During his time in law school, Jake was a distinguished student. He earned multiple Pedrick Scholar Honors recognitions for semesters of high academic performance. Jake also earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for top marks in Pro Sport Team Operations and Legal Issues, and Professional Sports Law. Additionally, Jake served as a member of ASU’s Sports and Entertainment Law Journal (SELJ). While he was a member, SELJ published one of his legal articles in its Spring 2022 edition.
While attending law school, Jake also received a concurrent master’s degree from the Allan “Bud” Selig Sports Law and Business program. As part of the program, Jake received the Robert Carey Sports Law Scholarship and received the SLB Dean’s Award for an outstanding graduate.
Before law school, Jake attended Vanderbilt University where he double majored in Political Science and Philosophy.
In his spare time, Jake enjoys spending time with his friends and family, going on motorcycle rides, playing soccer, and supporting the Vegas Golden Knights. He also enjoys spending time with his dog Maverick.
