Ms. Irving works in the corporate department handling entity formations, corporate reviews, and various other entity matters. She also manages the Registered Agent department for the firm.
Ms. Irving graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English in 2001.
After many years in residential and HOA property management, Ms. Irving joined Marquis Aurbach in 2010 as a legal secretary. After working under the long time corporate paralegal, Ms. Irving was promoted to paralegal upon her predecessor’s retirement.
Ms. Irving is an avid cross-stitcher, crafter, reader and enjoys exploring the hiking trails and parks around Las Vegas.
