Matthew Carter

Mr. Carter is a seasoned litigation paralegal assisting Marquis Aurbach’s attorneys on an array of litigation matters. Mr. Carter contributes his two-decades of legal experience to each case and at every stage of litigation, including pre-litigation negotiations, discovery, trial preparation and beyond into appellate work. He currently focuses on insurance defense, personal injury and insurance-related litigation.

Originally from Southern California, Mr. Carter relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1998. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid runner, who also enjoys reading comic books, watching sports, viewing movies, and attending concerts with his daughter.
