"Jack" Chen Juan's practice includes all forms of litigation including business, commercial, construction, insurance and real estate law. He represents local businesses, Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, and is frequently retained as local counsel by out of state firms and companies. He is also a Prosecutor for the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Mr. Juan is a shareholder with the firm, and Chairman of the Construction Department. He represents clients from initial project planning to post-construction claims. An experienced litigator, he successfully defended in Nevada's first trial under the revised right to repair laws (Gunderson) and before the Nevada Supreme Court (First Light HOA I and First Light HOA II). He helps businesses maximize revenue, protect assets and limit liability, from proper business set-ups to non-compete agreements. He represents plaintiff and defendant businesses in all disputes, from asserting contractual rights to defending in administrative proceedings. Given his experience, local governments retain Mr. Juan when faced with large scale, complicated claims and so too mom-and-pop businesses when they need legal guidance. If you need to assert your claims or are faced with potential litigation, do not hesitate to contact Mr. Juan for his guidance, experience and representation.
